VistaCurve projection screens have been designed to provide the perfect surface for images projected through an anamorphic lens. Ideal cinematic projection is achieved only with the CinemaScope aspect ratio. Its unmatched potential for immersion is provided by the widescreen imaging and the screen curvature, which together define a more lifelike space. The VistaCurve offers 4 different radiuses to provide the ideal match with screen size. Enlightor 4K is provided as standard with VistaCurve screens.
The Enlightor projection surface uses a proprietary woven structure optimised to eliminate the moiré effect produced by fixed pixel projectors on conventional perforated or micro-perforated screens. It conforms to SMTP colour balance guidelines and offers a negligible gain loss when compared to perforated screens. An acoustically transparent black backing material completely absorbs any rear wall reflections, whilst improving the perceived image contrast. The Enlightor screen projection surface combines a vivid and uncompromising image with a level of acoustical transparency unmatched by any competing product.
Meeting the most recent needs of digital projection up to 4 K resolution (4096 x 2160), Enlightor 4K uses a unique weave developed specifically for this high resolution application. Enlightor 4K is the ultimate neutral projection surface, providing absolute whiteness. Its absence of visible structure equals the best existing solid screen materials. Unrivalled acoustic transparency offers a uniform attenuation of -2.5 dB over the entire frequency spectrum, allowing a simple readjustment of volume level on the front channels without EQ. Time domain or source directivity is unaffected.
